It’s a Friday for Remembrance as many in the US and around the world hear of the passing of an ordinary man who did extraordinary things for his country and for the Nation- Nelson Mandela. This post is in honor of Nelson. The statistics of his existence are taken from his biography.
Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and politician who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999. He was the first black South African to hold the office.
